Terms of Service

Using the service

You may use Kernal to build and run software, including autonomous agents, provided you comply with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the code you run and the actions your agents take.

Acceptable use

You may not use Kernal to send spam, mine cryptocurrency, attack other systems, host malware or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend machines that put the platform or other customers at risk.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, with metered usage billed in arrears. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Unpaid invoices may lead to machines being paused, never deleted without warning.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service available, and Scale customers receive a written uptime commitment. Otherwise the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
